Cole Barnes joined TEAM LAMMI as a full-time member in November 2023. He graduated with a degree in Communications from the University of Southern California, and previously worked on securing partnerships with brands for athletes such as Buffalo Bills Safety Damar Hamlin and USC Wide Receiver Tahj Washington.

Cole works on fulfilling partnerships at TEAM LAMMI by developing activation and sales strategies for existing partners, as well as finding and executing new partnerships across TEAM LAMMI’S family of companies and organizations. These companies include, but are not limited to: TEAM LAMMI’s athletes, the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame and Foundation, Steve Novak’s 2’s Free’s & 3’s Shootout, MKE Palmer Street, and the Donald Driver Foundation.
