Matthew Steinberg joined TEAM LAMMI in early 2025 after graduating from the University of Kansas. He brings a strong background in sales, specializing in connecting talent and collegiate athletes with leading brands. Matthew also has hands-on experience in marketing and public relations, having worked with a prominent sports media company to develop impactful campaigns and build key industry relationships.

At TEAM LAMMI, Matthew supports partnership fulfillment by developing activation and sales strategies for existing partners while identifying and executing new partnership opportunities across the organization’s portfolio, including TEAM LAMMI athletes, the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame and Foundation, 2s Free’s & 3s, MKE Palmer Street, and the Donald Driver Foundation.
