OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
