Tom Kurtz is the Managing Editor for TEAM LAMMI and is in charge of the editorial quality, delivery, and distribution of all media content. Tom joined TEAM LAMMI in November 2026 after more than 25 years managing content across the state of Wisconsin. He started at Fox6 in Milwaukee as a Sports Producer before helping to start a 24-hour sports channel at Spectrum. 

For over 12 years, Tom was in charge of producing shows, live sporting events, and running the entire channel as the General Manager. Tom's most recent role as Managing Director for Spectrum News had him leading the day-to-day operations.

At TEAM LAMMI, Tom focuses on managing the full content library. This consists of what properties we manage, where the shows air and stream, and how they are packaged. Each show is produced to our standards, and they are efficiently planned and completed on time. This means working with partners, hosts, guests, and stakeholders.

Tom has lived and worked in southeastern Wisconsin for his entire life. He graduated from Marquette University. While not working, Tom loves to stay active by playing sports - including basketball and softball. He also keeps busy with his two daughters and all of their activities. Tom and his wife Michelle are very involved in the fight against Multiple Sclerosis. They spend a lot of time fundraising for the National MS Society and personally running charity events throughout the year.
