Justin Altman
Justin Altman is a Sport Management student in the Falk College of Sport at Syracuse University with a minor in Strategic Management.
Drawn to the fan-facing and experiential side of sports, he has built a foundation in sports operations through work with Learfield on sponsor activations and game-day promotions, an internship with the Milwaukee Bucks, and his role on the changeover crew at JMA Wireless Dome.
This summer, Justin is excited to join Team Lammi, where he hopes to deepen his understanding of marketing, event management, and activations while learning how memorable sports experiences are planned, executed, and brought to life.

Joe Butterfield
Joe Butterfield will be a junior at Lakeland University, where he is studying Business Administration and Sports Management.
He aspires to work in the front office of a professional sports organization and is eager to build a career in the sports industry.
Through his internship with TEAM Lammi, Joe hopes to gain valuable experience and a deeper understanding of sports marketing, sponsorships, and partnership development.

Madelyn Flynn
Madelyn Flynn is a media marketing student at UW‑Milwaukee and a marketing intern at Team Lammi who focuses on digital media strategy.
She hopes to build her creative skills, gain real industry experience, and learn from professionals in sports and digital marketing as she grows her career.

Laila Hudson
Laila Hudson is a student at Marquette University double majoring in Journalism and Sports Communication, with plans to graduate in May 2028 and pursue a career as a sideline sports reporter.
She has gained experience as a Sports Anchor for the Golden Eagle Sports Report, a Student Host for Head Coach Shaka Smart’s radio show “Marquette Thursdays,” an in-game host for Marquette Women’s Basketball and volleyball, and previously worked as a Stage Manager for the Milwaukee Bucks.
Laila also created her own sports interview show, “Let’s Talk With Laila,” and continues to grow her interviewing, storytelling, and content creation skills through her role with Team Lammi.

Kamron Kaiser
Kamron Kaiser is a Sports Management student at Florida State University pursuing a career in play-by-play broadcasting.
Kamron has earned President’s List honors for four consecutive semesters and will graduate in May 2028 with both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree.
He is excited for the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Team Lammi while bringing a strong work ethic and positive energy to the team.

Ellen Poels
Ellen Poels is an upcoming senior at University of Wisconsin–La Crosse studying Exercise Sport Science with an emphasis in Sport Management, along with minors in Legal Studies and Philosophy.
This summer, she is excited to contribute to TEAM Lammi by creating engaging content, supporting live events, and gaining hands-on experience in sports marketing and event operations.

Drew Ruchala
Drew Ruchala serves as a partnerships and sales intern for Team Lammi, where he works closely with NIL and partnerships across various events and athletes within the agency.
Drew grew up in Appleton, Wisconsin and plans to study marketing and business at Marquette University this upcoming fall of 2026.

Alex Schelble
Alex Schelble recently completed his sophomore year at University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he is studying Economics and Sports Communication.
With a lifelong passion for sports, he is eager to expand his knowledge of the sports business and sales industry. Through his involvement with the Wisconsin Sport Consulting Club and attendance at the Wisconsin Sports Business Conference, Alex has developed a strong interest in combining sales and revenue generation with sporting events.
This summer, he is excited to join Team Lammi as an intern, where he looks forward to gaining hands-on experience, building industry connections, and continuing to grow professionally.

Ethan Steinberger
Ethan Steinberger is a rising senior at Miami University majoring in Sports Leadership and Management with a minor in Finance through the Farmer School of Business.
This summer, Ethan is looking forward to learning more about the marketing and advertising industry while continuing to grow professionally with TEAM LAMMI.
