Christian Davis serves as Director of Partnerships at Team Lammi, where he works on strategic brand relationships and revenue initiatives across the agency. A Wisconsin native, Christian grew up in Mukwonago before moving to South Orange, New Jersey to attend Seton Hall University, where he studied finance and sports management while serving as a basketball team manager. That experience laid the foundation for his understanding of the athlete journey and the inner workings of high-level programs.

Prior to Team Lammi, Christian built his career with the Milwaukee Bucks, where he focused on driving revenue and developing relationships through premium client engagement and high-level service. He developed a reputation for creating meaningful experiences and translating sports assets into real business outcomes. 

Known for his strategic mindset and attention to detail, Christian is a key point of contact for organizations looking to leverage Team Lammi’s full portfolio of opportunities in a thoughtful, results-driven way. He works across the organization’s portfolio, including TEAM LAMMI athletes, the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame and Foundation, 2s Free’s & 3s, MKE Palmer Street, and the Donald Driver Foundation.
